The following Terms and Conditions control your membership on WinApay . You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement (“Agreement”) and that your membership on WinApay (the “IQ Game”) shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the “Member/ user”) and WinApay Limited.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by WinApay without your prior notice. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in WinApay after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member/User of Winapay.
Terms of Participation
Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including but not limited to an accurate name, email address, phone number, bank details.
To the full extent allowed by applicable Nigerian law, WinApay at its sole discretion
Members may not
(i) Register or use more than one account;
(ii) select or use an Email Address or phone number of another person ;
(iii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person;(iv) use a bank account name that is not related to their winapay account name
(v) use a false or misleading name (Except for privacy), mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
By signing up with WinApay, member/ user is opting-in to receive other special email for verification of account at anytime. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime .
WinApay reserves the right to track Member’s activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.
Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other means than the legitimate channels authorized by WinApay.
Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.Withdrawal
Refund Policy: As we are offering non-tangible virtual digital goods but service, which is a form of learning , we do not generally issue refunds after the crediting of your WinApay account through third party payment gateway. Please note that by crediting or funding your WinApay account, you agree to the No Refund Policy.
There won't be refund of your play cash( Wallet) if it is as a result of bad network or you try to refresh a game page on the selection process of the game.
WinApay will not be accountable to anything that happens in your account and therefore you are to keep your account safe from internet fraudsters.
All payment request for withdrawal will be disburse to the users bank account provided on the winApay website after he / she must have verify his/ her email and has respond to the code sent to his /her email.
All payment takes between 1 - 24 hours to enter the bank details of the users within Nigeria and 7 to 14 days for international member/users.
If any delay, the account owner has the right to demand, why his / her account was not funded.Every account has a right to request withdrawal payment as long as they abide by the term and condition above and payment will be duly paid to them.
We may not pay withdrawal request, if we notice that;
Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to member/ user. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in WinApay if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Platform, Member’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in WinApay and properly terminate his or her Account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE NIGERIAN LAW, WINAPAY LIMITED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WINAPAY MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED BY MEMBER/ USERS EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THE USE OF OUR SERVICE IS AT MEMBER’S SOLE RISK ,OR OBTAINED ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, WinApay uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member’s personal information, such as SSL, firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website’s traffic to track abuse of the WinApay Website and its data.
However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while WinApay strives to protect its Members personal information and cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating with advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and WinApay in connection with general membership in the WinApay and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. Failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT, within two (2) months the cause arose, will act as a waiver of such rights. In the event of any dispute or need for interpretation or enforcement of terms, arising out of this agreement, parties shall refer to arbitration before litigation.Last Updated: December 4, 2018.
